At Anytime Robots, we strive to provide industry-leading return policies to ensure a seamless experience. You can cancel your order at any time before it has shipped, free of charge, except for specific cases such as custom orders (please refer to the details below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can process a full refund before the order leaves our warehouse. Our agents are available during business hours via phone at (307) 218-3817, through the chat feature, or by email at support@anytimerobots.com.


Cancellations of Custom Orders

Please note that custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are specially crafted according to your order. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies as custom or made-to-order, please feel free to contact us for clarification.

All sales of custom-made and made-to-order products are final.


Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. Within this period, customers can initiate a return for a full refund, excluding custom or made-to-order products (see details below). It is the customer's responsibility to promptly inspect delivered products and report any damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchanges are permitted; however, customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return and exchange processes.

Please be aware that transaction fees may be deducted from your refund, depending on the payment method used. These fees typically range from 2.9% + $0.30 to 5.99% + $0.30 per transaction.

Not all orders are eligible for return, as we source products directly from manufacturers. If the manufacturer prohibits returns, we are unable to process a return. Please note that this policy may vary on a case-by-case basis. For specific details regarding your brand or product, please contact us.


Shipping Times

We strive to deliver your order as promptly as possible. The estimated shipping times provided on our product pages are based on information from our suppliers and freight companies. However, these estimates are subject to change due to various factors affecting the supply chain, such as delays in production, manufacturer delays, high shipping demands, and labor constraints in factories, warehouses, and docks.

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, order delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We understand the frustration this may cause and ask for your patience and understanding during these challenging times. We deeply value your business and appreciate your continued support.


Please Read the Following

When making a purchase from Anytime Robots, you acknowledge the Exchange Agreement, agreeing to the following:

  • I am responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery. If there is any damage, I must note and photograph it and report it to Anytime Robots within 24 hours of delivery.
  • I understand that I am liable for the cost of return shipping and any new product shipping fees in the case of a refund or exchange.
  • I acknowledge that products need to be returned unopened and unused, with the possibility of an additional restocking fee.
  • I understand that if my order has already left the warehouse, a full refund is not possible.
  • I agree that if I return my order after it has shipped, I will be responsible for any return shipping fees and restocking fees, typically around 20%, but varying by product.
  • I understand that shipping date estimates provided on product pages are subject to change due to factors beyond Anytime Robots' control.
  • I agree not to cancel orders or file a chargeback due to delays or incorrect estimated times caused by factors outside the control of Anytime Robots, such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of partner companies.

Damages

It is your responsibility to inspect delivered products for any damage or defects within 5 business days of accepting delivery. If reported within this period:

  • Notify us of the damage via email to support@anytimerobots.com.
  • We offer options for replacement parts, a discount to retain the item, or a refund/replacement.
  • Please note, we are an online-only dealer and cannot coordinate repairs for damaged items.
  • Items cannot be used for eligibility for replacement parts, discounts, or refunds/full replacements if used.
  • If opting to keep the item for a discount or accept replacement parts, you have 3 business days to accept or reject the offer without using the items.

If damage is not reported within 5 business days:

  • We will not offer any refunds, free replacement parts, discounts, or exchanges.
  • After 5 business days, we are beyond the timeframe to file claims with the freight carrier or manufacturer.
  • Replacement parts for repair may be available.
  • Residue on products as a byproduct of the manufacturing process is not the responsibility of Anytime Robots for associated cleaning or removal costs.

Warranty

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. For detailed information, please refer to the specific product page. Please note that damage occurring upon arrival must be reported within 30 days; failure to do so will result in the claim being ineligible for warranty coverage.


Returns

Our standard return policy requires customers to cover return shipping charges or reconsignment fees resulting from customer error, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Many of our products come with guarantee warranties, ensuring they are fully functional without additional costs. For specific return and warranty details, please refer to the individual product pages.


BOGO Promotions

In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, it may be replaced or credited at the individual value of the item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges if the order has already shipped.

Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving issues and assisting our customers promptly. Filing fraudulent chargebacks will result in being held criminally liable for theft. We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before considering chargebacks.
